By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Paris Disneyland Transfer provides premium private chauffeur services governed by the local laws of France.

1. Agreement of Service

Our acceptance of your reservation constitutes a formal agreement. Paris Disneyland Transfer is located at Rue de Meaux, 77230 Dammartin-en-Goële. While we strive to use our own high-end fleet for all transfers, we reserve the right to utilize trusted third-party partners to ensure your booking is fulfilled during peak periods.

2. Safety and Chauffeur Conduct

The safety of our passengers and our team is our primary concern. Our chauffeurs will always operate vehicles within legal speed limits and in accordance with road safety regulations.

• Discretion: The chauffeur has full authority to make decisions regarding safety and route changes due to traffic or weather.
• Liability: We cannot be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as road accidents, mechanical failures, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

• Damage to Property: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle and will be charged for any necessary repairs or professional valeting.
• Personal Items: All personal property is carried at the owner’s risk. Paris Disneyland Transfer accepts no liability for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
• Luggage: We reserve the right to decline service if the quantity of luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity or compromises safety.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Individual Transfers:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid a full service charge.

Groups and Special Events:

• At least 7 days’ notice is required for a refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee; within 48 hours, the full amount is charged.

All cancellations must be sent via email to info@parisdisneylandtransfer.fr and are only valid once confirmed by our team.

5. Booking Eligibility and Payment

By placing a booking on https://parisdisneylandtransfer.fr/, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. All service charges are payable in advance according to the current rates published on our website.
